Year 1 are going to be exploring the role of Florence Nightingale in History... To launch this learning about significant people, a Year 1 parent came in to talk to the class about her role as a nurse today. She showed the children her uniform, spoke about what it is like in a hospital and showed them some of the medical equipment she uses to help people feel better. Thank you!
